No, tickets are not refundable, however they are transferrable up to 24 hours prior to the ticketed markt AND if the event date/time you are transferring into is NOT SOLD OUT. The event is RAIN or SHINE. We will be here no matter what. After all, folks in Germany brave the rain, the cold and the snow to attend their markets.

ALL parking is located at 4461 N. US-17 in Awendaw, SC 29429. No cars can be parked at the event venue and will be directed back to the parking. We have neighbors and want to be a respectful neighbor ourselves. In addition, our permit does not allow street parking. Thank you for your cooperation. 

At the DAY Markt ALL ages are welcome. Smaller "umbrella" type strollers are recommended due to the loading and unloading on the shuttle bus. However, for babies larger strollers are allowed. The NIGHT Markt is ONLY ADULTS due to the nature of the property with large areas of water and live fires.

No pets are allowed. No exceptions. This is a private property; feather friends and four-legged creatures live here. We hope you understand.

There is an ADA van avaialbe for transport to the event for all with a wheelchair, scooter or walker. . However, walking distances, and changes in surfaces (gravel paths, grass, and stone walkways), the event terrain is difficult. A wheelchair is accessible in most areas, however is hard to push unless a power chair. Handicapped parking is available for vehicles with a state issue ADA placard or license tag. To ride the ADA van you will need to pick up a ADA transport voucher at check-in for the Van is only for those with a mobility device such as a wheelchair, scooter, or walker. The bus transport is available for all others. 

Yes, we have a number of vendors with German-inspired food and beverages available.

Glühwein, the traditional hot mulled wine, will be available to purchase in our commemorative ceramic wine cup produced in Germany for our Markt. A valid ID will be required to purchase alcoholic beverages.

Some vendors accept cash and ALL accept credit cards, which may have a 3% fee added to your purchase for convenience. Tips are not customary at the BAR. We appreciate your support of our family and community CHRISTmas Event. Other vendors may accept tips at your choosing.

If you bought tickets anywhere else other than Ticket Sign Up then your ticket will not be valid. Do not purchase from people you personally do not know on Facebook or other social media sites. In the past active scammers have sold tickets that mimic the event tickets very well. WARNING! You will not be allowed to enter the markt with tickets that do NOT scan with our equipment. SCAMMERS on Facebook have been active in the past. If more tickets become available it will be announced on Instagram and FB by our social media only.

For the safety of younger guests  the nature and locale of this private property with water and live fires is not suitable in the dark and insurance constraints do not allow for their attendance. This includes babies in strollers or backpacks. . Strollers are allowed, however a smaller umbrella type is preferred due to loading and unloading on the bus transport. CKMC considers an adult to be age 15 or older and an ID may be requested at check-in. We appreciate your understanding.

All tickets are advance purchase (no tickets are sold at the event check in)  and transfers must be completed 24 hours prior to the start of the markt. Transfers can NOT be allowed by the ticket APP for Markts already sold out  due to the capacity of the event having reached its maximum capacity.

No Change Fee or  Cost Difference to Transfer tickets. We do not utilize a wait list, however, please do NOT purchase from any other ticket platform than TicketSignUP.
